Available Opportunities
Gain hands on experience working with us on real projects.
Assignments include creating initial graphic design concept and
layout for web projects. Programming and implementing design into
the web site. Working with clients to incorporate their text and
photos. Interns will have the opportunity to meet with clients
during initial consultations and project development.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
proficient in HTML, and
using an HTML editor such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver
-
experienced in creating web
images and graphics
-
experienced in java
scripting
-
creative and flexible
-
self-motivated and detail
oriented
Experience in Fireworks and Flash is favored,
but not required.
Internships will require a commitment of at
least 3 months. Scheduling is flexible around school and other job
commitments. Internships are unpaid positions. However, candidates
may be eligible for employment upon completion of internship.

GRAPHIC ARTIST
Are you interested in gaining hands on
experience in graphic design?
We offer our interns the opportunity to work on
the "big" projects! Assignments include logo design, brochures, book
covers, CD cover design and our magazine. Interns will have the
opportunity to meet with clients during initial consultations and
project development. Interns may also have the opportunity to attend
press checks and tour press facilities during final printing of
their projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Improve the effectiveness of
RSP Web Design,
by drastically reducing the time and energy spent on
non-selling/promotions activities by performing the required job
duties in the following areas:
Other Responsibilities:
Ability to be supportive of co-workers and
willing to help in their absence.
Utilize the technology available to ensure
maximum operational efficiency. Including telephone, e-mail, voice
mail, computers and fax machine.
Maintain a moderate noise level and minimize
distractions in an open working environment.
Maintain a clean, neat and organized working
environment.
Act in a professional manner at all times
including, but not limited to: promptly returning telephone calls,
being punctual for appointments, wearing appropriate attire, using
proper language when addressing callers, employees, co-workers and
supervisor.
Willingness to self-educate through books,
tapes, seminars, etc.
Other responsibilities as assigned by
supervisor.
Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power
Point
Ability to solve practical problems and deal
with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram
or schedule form.
